You should receive an email containing your app within 5 minutes. If it takes longer, check your spam folder.

How to install an APK

Download the APK directly on an Android phone:

These settings may vary depending on your device and browser. Sometimes a restart is required for the changes to take effect.

  • - For Chrome/Edge: Go to Settings → Apps → Special access → Install unknown apps → Select your browser → Toggle "Allow from this source" to ON.
  • - For File Manager: Go to Settings → Apps → Special access → Install unknown apps → Select your file manager → Toggle "Allow from this source" to ON.
  • - Open the email on your Android device and tap the download link for the APK file.
  • - When prompted, allow your browser to download the file. The download will appear in your notification bar.
  • - After the download completes, tap the notification or open your file manager app (Files, Downloads, etc.).
  • - Navigate to the Downloads folder and find the APK file.
  • - Tap on the APK file. You may see a warning about installing from unknown sources.
  • - If prompted, go to Settings and enable "Install unknown apps" or "Allow from this source" for your browser or file manager.
  • - Return to the APK file and tap it again. The installation screen will appear.
  • - Tap "Install" and wait for the installation to complete.
  • - Once installed, you can open the app from your app drawer or tap "Open" on the installation screen.

Use a PC:

  • - Download the APK file from the email on your computer.
  • - Connect your Android device to your PC using a USB cable.
  • - On your Android device, when prompted, select "File Transfer" or "MTP" mode (not "Charge only").
  • - On your PC, open File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac) and navigate to your Android device.
  • - Copy the downloaded APK file to your device's Downloads folder or any accessible location.
  • - Disconnect your device from the PC.
  • - On your Android device, open your file manager app and navigate to where you saved the APK file.
  • - Tap on the APK file. If you see a warning about installing from unknown sources, enable "Install unknown apps" for your file manager (see instructions above).
  • - Tap "Install" and wait for the installation to complete.
  • - Once installed, you can open the app from your app drawer.
